Townhome & Cottage Cancellation Policies
Spring/Fall/Winter: Your credit card will be charged for the first night’s lodging per unit reserved. If your reservation is cancelled 15 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, your advance payment will be refunded less a $25.00 fee. If your reservation is cancelled 14-4 days before your scheduled arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited. If your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the full balance of the stay. Should you not show up for your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the balance of the stay and the remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled. Should you check-out earlier than your scheduled check out date, your credit card will be charged for the remaining nights of your original reservation.
