1 Additional Information for NOP Certification

By submitting this application for certification the applicant acknowledges that:

-she/he has to submit an organic production and handling system plan according to § 205.201 of the NOP rule (i.e. by completing the IMO form “operator profile”), and

-the application may be withdrawn prior to issuance of a notice of non-compliance or a notice of denial and in this case will not receive a notice of non-compliance respectively a notice of denial. However, the applicant must still bear all costs for services provided until the withdrawal.
