Sign-Maureen – sign- up sheet for members, sign-up sheet for non-members, sign-up sheet for CERP’s, sign-up sheet for nursing contact hours, General meeting agenda, arrange speakers, help arrange the room & coffee, help arrange nursing continuing education credits, help all committee members in their roles, communicate with the public, USLCA, presidents of other chapters, schools of nursing, other organizations, hospitals, etc..

Arrange for speakers, L-CERPS, L-evaluations, student forms, arrange for nursing continuing education credits in their prospective hospitals
Suzy Adams, RN, BSN, IBCLC (Treasurer)
Collects the money for the meetings, memberships; pays for HALCEA meeting expenses
Katrina Reyes, BA, BSN, RN, IBCLC (Recording Secretary and Librarian)
Minutes of all General and Executive Meetings & update membership directory
Leah Jolly, BA, IBCLC & Misti Ryan, BSN, RN, CCE, IBCLC(Co-Corresponding Secretaries & webmasters)
Make the Flyer, email the entire membership, and receives the RSVP’s
Jocelyn Possehl, RN, IBCLC (Sergeant-at-Arms)
Arrange the Room, name tags, coffee (will be set up), arrange table to check-in, pens, etc
Meredith Cowen RN, MS (The Methodist Hospital – Nurse Planner)
Arranges for the nursing continuing education credits through The Methodist Hospital
Melissa Dover RN, BSN, IBCLC (The Methodist Hospital)
Publicity –send out flyers to Methodist (THM, SL, Willowbook, Katy) other hospitals, AWHONN members, etc
Irene LaHart RN, MS, IBCLC (The Methodist Hospital)
Make evaluations for the Nursing continuing education credits (in conjunction with Meredith Cowen), make copies of the outline from Dr. Lane Strathearn
