*All payments for orders or events have to be paid in full at least 3 business days prior to receipt.Installment payments are accepted.Due to unforeseen circumstances, Soul Delight or the customer may cancel their order at any time prior to the event. The initial 10% deposit is non-refundable. Any deposits made thereafterare paid to the non-canceling party as follows: 180 days or more from the event date 25%, 179 days-31 days from the event date 50%,

30 days or less from the arrival date 100%.
