6 Sizzling Summer Sale Tips Every Coach Should Know:

1.  Keep Your Eye on the Goal: Lead with Challenge Groups and Challenge Packs to give customers the best solution to help them reach their goals. When customers are involved in Challenge Groups they naturally become advocates of Beachbody and become perfect Coach prospects to join your team.

2.  Understand the Purpose of the Sale: The sizzling deals are designed to help you connect with “Deal Divas.” Deal Divas are customers who only buy when things are on deep discount because they just can’t pass up a deal. They’re also designed to help you connect with existing customers who’ve already purchased a Challenge Pack or Shakeology HD and people on your contact list who you’ve already contacted but said “no” to a Beachbody Challenge Pack or Shakeology HD.

3.  Identify Customers as Success Club Point Leads: Since you won’t earn Success Club points from customers who purchase from the Sizzling Summer Sale, treat these customers like Success Club point leads. If they’re not already Beachbody Challenge Pack or Shakeology HD customers, make sure to follow up with them and help them see how a Challenge Pack or Shakeology HD is the perfect solution to help them accelerates their results.

4.  Invite to Join a Free General Health and Fitness Facebook Group: Always invite all of your customers to join a General Health and Fitness Facebook Group. A General Heath and Fitness Facebook Group allows you to bring people together who are at all different health and fitness stages. The value in the group is not only that it's free; it's the relationships and advice that members provide each other. When members comment on the fitness programs they love, or the results they are getting from eating healthy or drinking Shakeology, the door opens for organic, natural conversations that will lead to interest in joining a Beachbody Challenge Group. 5.  Invite to Join a Beachbody Challenge Group: Invite members of your free General Health and Fitness Facebook Group to join a Beachbody Challenge Group when they start to inquire more about a fitness program or begin to express that they are truly ready and committed to get healthy. Use the 5-Step Invitation Process and the How to Overcome Objections documents to help them get started in a Beachbody Challenge Group.

6.  Help Beachbody Challenge Group Members Achieve Results: Use the Beachbody Challenge Group Guides to give your customers the best chance at achieving their goals. Send them the Participant Starter Guide so they understand their commitments and expectations of the Challenge Group.

PROMOTION TRAINING

1.  Create your list of Shakeology HD customers

·  Run a report of your current Shakeology HD customers who might be interested in the Sizzling Summer Sale.

·  Go to My Business > My Customers > Advanced Customer Search in the Coach Online Office

·  Select “Yes” in the Home Direct drop down menu under Product Information

·  Select “Shakeology” and “Shakeology-Spanish” in the Team Beachbody Product(s) Purchased menu and then click “Show Report”

·  Select “Excel” from the drop down menu and click “Run Report”

·  You now have a list of current customers who would make great prospects to contact about the Sizzling Summer Sale.

2.  Connect with potential and previous customers. Use Facebook, Twitter, email, and even the phone to get the message out.

·  "If you're looking for some new programs or products at incredible discounts to support your current health and fitness goals, then you have to check out these Sizzling Summer Sale items. Get really amazing deals for one week only! Let me know if you have any questions. I'm always here to help in any way I can!"

PROMOTION MARKETING ASSETS

Promotion eCard

·  Use the eCard to target customers already in your database, especially those already on Shakeology HD (see above for how to segment this list).

·  Important Note:To ensure emails and eCards are not delayed nor senders blocked,do notforward emails to yourself or copy yourself on any emails or eCards sent from within the Coach Online Office. We will be reaching out to any Coaches not complying with this policy to ensure all Coaches receive the best service possible.

Replicated Site Banner

·  The banner will automatically be displayed on your Team Beachbody replicated website.

Third Party Site Banners

·  Use these banners to advertise on other websites. They are located under Marketing Tools: Web Tools: Professional Ad Banners section in the Coach Online Office.

Facebook Viral Postcards

·  Use the individual product offer postcards to target customers you think might be interested in specific sale offers. The postcards are in the Summer Sale photo album on the Team Beachbody Coach 411 Facebook Page.

In order to get credit for sales of these items, you'll want to direct customers to your Coach Websites and have them click on the special "Sizzling Summer Savings" banner. The banner will automatically carry your Coach ID.

·  To set your banner, go to Coach Online Office > My Websites > Edit Beachbody Coach > English and choose the "Sizzling Summer Savings" banner!

·  PLEASE NOTE: This banner will not be available until Monday around Noon PST.

Is there another way to get credit for sales?

How will I know when an offer sells out?

When an item is sold out, the store will display “temporarily out of stock” when someone attempts to purchase the item. We'll also be updating each offer on the offer page with a "SOLD OUT!" message during regular business hours.
