This order disposes off the captioned application of Shri Deepak Kankaria, B-6, Kalindi Vihar, Station Road, Kankroli, Rajsamand – 313324, Rajasthan,received by the office of CPIO, SIDBI, Lucknow on June 12, 2014.The information seeker has sought copy of the noting based on which circular, notification, procedures or guidelines and other instruction / documents regarding the lodgement of claims of subsidy under CLCSS from 2006 to 2011 issued by SIDBI and Ministry of MSME, copy of circulars, notification, rules, guidelines advising the documents required to be attached with the claims of subsidy by Banks / Financial institution to the Nodal Agency i.e. SIDBI during the period 2006 to 2011, copy of noting, drafting etc., rejecting the CLCSS claim of M/s. Gurudev Marbles Pvt Ltd., etc.
