Make your case:

To enter, please submit a report (max. 500 words) including:

  • a written description about your entry
  • project development, challenges, innovation and achievements
  • relevance to communities and audiences e.g. visitor comments, media coverage
  • a simple budget for your entry showing expenditure and income (including sponsorship)
  • details of the team who worked on the entry including external contractors
  • photographs, plans, and other supporting graphics to a maximum of ten (10) images. Please indicate which image you prefer to be used for publicity and promotion.
  • supporting video material should be kept under 2 minutes and must be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo (or similar) with the URL included in your written material.

Please note that hard copy material will not be returned. Electronic material must be in.pdf format and provided on a USB drive or via file-share e.g. Dropbox, if more than 10MB. Finalists will be required to supply high resolution images (and video if available).

Finalists and winners must be prepared to present their entry at the Awards Winners Workshop on Thursday 19 May 2016 in the form of a short power-point presentation. The information submitted in Make your Case should assist in structuring your presentation.
