PROJECT MANAGER / EMPLOYERS AGENT

Norwich or Chelmsford

About Oxbury
Established in 1990, Oxbury is a firm of professional Quantity Surveyors who also work as Project Managers, Employers Agents and CDM Co-ordinators. The Company Head Office is in Norwich and we also have an office in Chelmsford.
Oxbury specialises in the affordable housing sector and most of our clients are Housing Associations, although we do also work with a number of private clients. Our Project Managers deal with the full range of project management and quantity surveying functions, from the inception of projects to their completion. Projects range from single dwellings to multi-million pound developments.
Our work includes the acquisition of sites and management of projects let under Design and Build Contracts and also under a number of procurement arrangements for properties acquired from Housing Developers under Section 106 Planning Agreements. Traditional contracts based on drawings and specifications are also used – generally for refurbishment and /or smaller schemes. Innovative forms of construction and sustainable construction projects also form a significant part of our workload.
In 2011 the Firm launched a wholly-owned subsidiary – Redbox Partnerships, which works with Developers, Housing Associations and Local Authorities to assist with planning their affordable housing requirements.
