Production Operations
Managing production operations involving preparation of production plans to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
Preparing and analysing production report and production data on a daily basis.
Evaluating the availability of inputs for production and advising the HOD in case any inputs are missing or need to be added.
Implementing production plans strictly for respective shifts.
Ensuring the following:
-Serviceability and proper housekeeping of the production line.
-Rejection should be minimum and doesn’t exceed 2% in shift.
-Maintenance of plant & machinery is at its optimum and does not cause any loss.
-Manpower utilized to its best and proper discipline is maintained is shift.
Operations Management
Identifying areas of obstruction/bottlenecks and taking steps to rectify it.
Executing cost saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and to increase operational profit.
Maintenance Operations
Developing and implementing plans & schedules for maintenance operations and annual turn arounds with focus on optimum utilisation of manpower and material.
Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance of utilities and preventive maintenance so as to reduce downtime to minimum.
Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.

Ensuring the safety of workmen in every shift.
Handling grievances of workmen and solving them with the help of administrative staff.
