Section 11:CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your registration,the following refund policy will apply:

> 30 days before exhibition: 75% refund on all fees
20-30 days before exhibition: 50% refund on booth fees, no refunds on flights

< 20 days before exhibition: No refund

Note: ALL refunds will be subject to a €100 processing fee.

Section 12:PAYMENT

Upon receipt of your registration forms, we will issue an invoice and forward with full payment instructions and fair participant information.
