The original Easy Swing doors are manufactured exclusively by the Eliason® Corporation and are the only doors produced under the Easy Swing® trade name. Our suspension concept utilizes gravity and offset pivots to facilitate a safe and gentle swinging action, as well as automatic, time delayed closing without the use of springs, heavy cam castings, or other mechanical closing devices. Doors require only minimal maintenance.

1.4 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING

1.4.1 Store products in manufacturer's unopened packaging until ready for installation. Do not lay flat.

1.5 PROJECT CONDITIONS

1.5.1 Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, and ventilation) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's absolute limits.

1.6 WARRANTY

1.6.1 Provide manufacturer's standard two-year warranty that products are free of defects in material and workmanship and guaranteeing to replace (exclusive of freight and labor) parts proven defective within two years after date of shipment to purchaser.

2.2 TRAFFIC DOORS

2.2.1 Extra Heavy Duty Impact Traffic Doors: Extra heavy duty reinforced internal steel frame combined with a full perimeter extruded PVC frame with both sides of each door panel clad with .080 inch (2.03 mm) thickness impact resistant ABS plastic. Core is non-CFC urethane foam that is bonded to the outer door shells. Overall panel thickness is 1-7/8 inches with an "R" factor of 12.18. Door is provided with replaceable blade gaskets on the vertical and bottom edges and a frame mounted top-seal. V-cam hardware. (Model FX-9000)

2.2.2 Extra Heavy Duty Impact Traffic Doors: Monolithic, one piece, hollow shell of high impact, linear low density polyethylene with minimum wall thickness of 1/4 inch, overall panel thickness of 1-7/8 inches and textured finish. Core is non-CFC urethane foam that is bonded to the interior of the door shell providing an "R" factor of 10.83. Door is provided with replaceable gaskets on the vertical and bottom edges and a frame mounted top-seal. V-cam hardware. (Model FX-9000R)
