This Committee’s Goals Outcomes:
1.  Support the mission of the Safety Net Alliance of Northern KY through existing technology and continuous technological improvements.
2.  Facilitate communication and collaboration among Safety Net Alliance members, partners, and Committees.
3.  Help build the SNA into a data-driven organization by regularly collecting and reporting relevant data from the Web portal to SNA Committees.
·  Outcome #1: Meet with all SNA Committee Chairs and Executive Committee to determine what data they need to further their individual goals and objectives.
·  Outcome #2: Begin regular data collection and issue at least 2 (quarterly) reports on same by 12/31/14.

New Biz – New developments, ideas, or pieces of information brought up at today’s meeting

·  Alerts working sporadically, Jill having issues accessing data for reports and editing issues for members. Jill will create list of issues; Barbara will set up meeting with Normand to review reports as the numbers are not consistent since June when we noticed the phishing issue. 3Z will need to make some changes for us. This may also call for edits to the pages and/or new server.
·  Committee identified potential need for new category of member, the SNA Ally, a person who is not connected to an agency and/or connected to a for profit agency and/or wants to participate but does not have agency approval, and/or student/intern. Jill will compile list of persons attending but not connected to an agency; See below.
·  “Feature Agency”: Jill and Mike will go to Housing task force and offer the front page of the website to promote housing links. Potential to connect a tour to the feature agency as well as an impact story.

·  Executive committee working on technology grant for January 2016; updating functionality and look of SNA website.

Numbers slightly lower; it will be interesting to see if traffic on site increased while alert system was down.
