General Information: Elite Sustainable Sponsorship ($25,000) for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 shows. In order to accommodate company budgeting practices, Rural Mutual Insurance Company will forward sponsorship to the host county by January 15 in each of the three sponsorship years.

Details relating to EliteSustainable Sponsorship Agreement (numbers below correspond to agreement benefits on previous pages).

  1. Naming rights to Family Living Tent – to include: all references to Family Living Tent on any signage, programs, promotion, etc. that refer to the Family Living Tent as“Rural MutualInsurance - Family Living Tent”.

Signage at every entrance to the Family Living Tent to include the wording “Rural Mutual Insurance Family Living Tent” as well as the Rural Mutual Insurance logo.

Banners or signs on the Family Living Stage to include the text: Program today sponsored by Rural Mutual Insurance. (Banners used at the Dane County Show in 2015 are satisfactory.)

  1. Listed as an “Elite Sustainable Sponsor” (highest level of sponsorship) on all sponsor lists (signs, programs, etc.) Make every effort to show top sponsor status by using larger printing for Elite Sustainable Sponsor headings and names.

2nd choice – page opposite inside front cover

3rd choice – inside back cover

4th choice – page opposite inside back cover

  1. Logo run on the home page of state WFTD web site home page. Logo also run on “home page” of 2016, 2017, and 2018 shows.
  1. Lot space credit of $1200. Rural Mutual Insurancelot will remain on a 6th street (currently location) location. Commercial Exhibits Coordinator (ACM Inc.) to give Rural Mutual Insurance preference among returning exhibitors in improving lot location.
  2. RuralMutual Insurance to be recognized on signage at main gate and around innovation square as an Elite Sustainable Sponsor. If at all possible, larger lettering to indicate highest sponsorship status.
  1. Lettering on volunteer T-shirts to be proportional to total dollars ($25,000) of sponsorship. For example, Rural Mutual Insurance logo to be at least two and one half times the size of the logo of a $10,000 sponsor. Rural Mutual Insurance logo occupy a space no smaller than one fourth of the back of the T-shirt and MUST be located on the back of the shirt.
  1. Reduced admission tickets must be approved by the Commercial Exhibits Coordinator (ACM Inc.) prior to printing by the sponsor.

  1. Rural MutualInsuranceto have street naming rights to the 6th street (there are two 6th streets) that their display lot is located on. Street sign to be located directly below the 6th street sign at each intersection and be approximately 6 “X24”. Sign to read “Rural Mutual Insurance St.”
  1. As an Elite Sustaining Partner Rural Mutual Insurance will have the option of switching to a Sustaining Partner after the 2016 show based on the differences in the Sustaining Partner program.
  1. Any enhancements made to the Elite Sustaining Partner Program after this addendum is signed will automatically be included with our sponsorship.
