7-0 / Agreement – With NYSDOT for maintenance, repair and energizing of new highway lighting over I-690 installed during the Teall Avenue & Beech Street Bridge replacement for the period of 20 years. The City would at its own expense, maintain and energize the lighting system along the highway. The City will pay facility fees to National Grid for maintenance and repair of fixtures and wires.
