-Ministerial Order on Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Programmes at the Universities No 1328 of 15 November 2016 with subsequent amendments applies:
Section 38. Students who wish to complete degree programme elements at another university or institution of higher education in Denmark or abroad as part of their degree programme may apply to their home university for advance approval of transfer credit for planned programme elements.
(2)Advance credit in accordance with subsection 1 may only be approved if, when applying for advance credit transfer, the student undertakes to submit to their home university the necessary documentation on completion of the programme elements for which advance credit transfer was approved that a pass or fail grade has been awarded for these programme elements. In addition, the student must give their consent that their home university may collect the necessary information from the host university in case they are unable to procure this information themselves.
(3)When there is evidence that the programme elements for which advance credit has been approved have been awarded a pass grade, the home university will grant administrative approval of credit transfer of these into the study programme at the home university.
(4) If suggested by the student, in cases where programme elements for which advance credit transfer has been approved are not offered by the host institution, for instance, the university may make changes in their approval of advance credit transfer in accordance with subsection 1. The student is responsible for taking the initiative to draw up a curriculum proposal. The University provides course-related support if requested by the student.
