Importing data from a text file to a table (M2)
All tables populated with representative data. At least 10 rows are required for most tables. (P3 part)

A query which produces the drugs prescribed for a specific dog, the dosage and the date (P5 part)
A query which produces an itemised bill for an animal belonging to a specific owner. It must include the consultation fee, cost of drugs and treatment, totals prior and after VAT (P5 part)
A query which produces a list of owners, their addresses and the names of animals which are due an annual check up (P5 part)
A mass mailing check up reminder letter to all the owners produced by exporting data from a query to a mail merge (M3)
An appointment form with the following features (P6):
  • Displays a list of owners
  • Displays a list of animals belonging to that owner
  • Displays a list of vets and allows selection of one for the appointment
  • Allows selection of a date and time for the appointment
  • Has a button to confirm the appointment and update the relevant tables
  • Has a button to preview and print an appointment card (M4)
