Salary:£35,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours:30 hrs per week

The Role
We are seeking a Resident Scrutiny Manager who will lead our resident scrutiny and involvement function. You will work with our resident scrutiny panel, managers and the board to improve quality of service and value for money.
The ideal candidate will be a great communicator who is committed to customer service and keen to initiate and drive change. You will have a good knowledge of social housing management and its environment. You will also be experienced in producing action plans based on customer feedback and leading groups.
