  1. CNCS goes into Administration . We have circulated directly to members details of the transfer of out of hours services for LLR from CNCS to Derbyshire Health United on 12th May 2016
  1. A report of investigations into unsafe practicesThe Health and Parliamentary Ombudsman has published a report into her investigation of unsafe discharges from hospital.
  1. CCG Consultations. Apart from purdah restrictions as a result of the referendum, the CCG proposes to engage with the public on paracetemol and prescribing and Continuing Health Care
  1. " Catalyst or Distraction ?" This paper by the Health Foundation discusses the implications of the " Mancunian model" on Health and Social Care provision.
  1. A different ending: End of life care review A report published by the CQC this month looks at inequalities in end of life care
  1. Mental Health Act Annual Report 2014/15. This CQC report concludes there is unacceptable variation in the way providers are applying the Code of Practice
  1. Tackling Poor Oral Health in Children This report describes local governments public health role
  1. CQC Inspections affecting Rutland including CQC visit to UHL 20th June 2016
