Comrades, as you all are aware that the dissatisfaction and restiveness among members was growing to such an extent that we had no alternative but to gear up for an agitational course. But we are indeed grateful and convey our sincere thanks to our Management, particularly our Chairperson Mrs. VijaylakshmiR Iyer who understood the genuineness of officers’ problems and need of the hour by playing a very positive and proactive role in resolving the issues in a short time of her taking over as CMD.This has reaffirmed our faith in her policy of taking care of ‘Internal Customers’ i.e. staff.

We, on behalf of all our members, assure that this gesture of compassion shall always be remembered and promote and strengthen the existing industrial relations in our Bank which is one of the best.

With comradely greetings,

Long Live Our Unity !

Yours faithfully,

(HARVINDER SINGH)
