Proposal Worksheet
CPE Conference: 2006
Scholarship of Teaching & Learning: Redesigning T&L for the 21st C
This worksheet can be used in hard copy or electronic form for those who wish to type and edit their conference proposal prior to putting the information into the online submission form.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: 02-20-2006 at noon, your local time.
Number of Submissions: NEW. In order to more equitably distribute presentation slots, we will only consider the first two submissions from any single person, regardless of where they are in the author list. It is very important that you check with proposed co-authors before submitting in case they have already submitted their two.
Presenter order: Please note that the Chief Academic Officers of the state institutions have agreed in advance to fund the first 2 authors on each accepted presentation. If the same person appears as 1st and/or 2nd author on 2 presentations, we will not substitute 3rd or later authors.
Blind Review: Your submission will be blind reviewed. Principal organizer information will be removed prior to sending proposals to reviewers. Indicate no names or institutions in the Title, Abstract, or Proposal Description.
Worksheet: Use this document as a worksheet to prepare your online submission. Then copy and paste from this document into the online form.
Online Form: This year you will create a personal account, then log in and make your submission. This system will allow you to return and edit your proposal until the deadline comes. Visit and read the page to learn how to create your account.
Time Limit: The online form will ‘reload’ every 25 minutes that passes without your submitting something or clicking on a different link. You’ll lose your work unless it is saved. Simply typing in a text box isn’t considered ‘activity’. As you can go back and edit, we advise you to submit periodically.
