Projet: Mon Enfance

You will be presenting a short description of your Childhood. You may use Prezi or a Powerpoint that will be used as a visual outline to help you with your speech. You may only use a dictionary to help you prepare this presentation. NO OTHER OUTSIDE HELP.

  • Select 5 photographs of yourself any age between 1-10 years old
  • Describe yourself when you were young
  • What toys / games did you like?
  • What was your favorite food?
  • Where did you live?
  • Who were your friends?
  • What was your favorite place you visited?
  • What else can you describe about your childhood?
  1. French language requirements:
  2. Use your own words to express your ideas. Speak in French as much as possible. You may conclude your presentation in English.
  3. Make sure your spelling and grammar are correct on the Prezi and in the Powerpoint. Use L’Imparfait and Passé Composé as much as possible.
  1. Visual Specifics:
  2. You must have at least 5 pictures that refer to yourself. No words should appear on your visuals. You may use index cards.
  1. Presentation Specifics:
  • Do not read your presentation. Present it as a conversation.
  • You may use bullets only on the index cards (will be collected but not graded) Face the class and speak to us, referring to your Prezi/ Powerpoint as needed.
  • Calculate 3 minutes of actual speaking.
  • You may bring in props or appropriate attire to illustrate. Bring in a favorite toy or a favorite item of clothing. Be creative.
  • Make sure that you cover all specifics and correct grammar errors as necessary.
  • Include in your presentation what you DIN’Tlike or what you DID like about your Childhood.
