The Meeting of the Board is being held regularly as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Committee meetings are held as and when the matter is required for the perusal of the Committees. The participation of the public in the meeting of the Board and Committees does not arise since these meetings are pertaining to internal functioning of the organization.

However, some important decisions concerning public is made accessible as and when the same is proposed, deliberated and implemented if otherwise not detrimental to others’ interest.

A proactive approach to individual grievances of employees is taken by conducting HR Day on 5thday of every month at all circles.

Customer Satisfaction Cell deals with individual complaints whether internal or external addressed to Corporate Office.
