CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Presentation – PCAWA members to wear PC uniform. Non PCAWA members to wear long sleeve shirt and tie. Horses to be plaited.

• Calling of tests allowed for Preliminary level tests and below.

• All non PCAWA members must pay a $10 insurance fee and sign a disclaimer.

• Gear checking will be conducted as per PCAWA dressage rules.

• Rider’s age is calculated as of the 1st January.

• Refunds will not be given after the close of entries without a vet/medical certificate.

• Leadliners must be lead from a lead rope attached to the halter underneath the bridle or attached to the base of the nose band. Leading must be done from the shoulder of the pony only.

• No dogs allowed on the grounds

• Manure and hay must be cleared from stables or tie up areas before departure and placed in the manure pits.

• The organisers/committee members of Darlington Pony Club reserve the right to limit number of entries to each class.

• The organisers/committee members of Darlington Pony Club reserve the right to cancel or alter any events they may deem necessary on the day.

• Darlington Pony Club and its committee, judges, officials, do not accept any responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. Entry to grounds is at your own risk.
