HOW TO ORDER

Stylecraft Home Collection products are only available through authorized retailers. We do not sell directly to the public. If you wish to place an order, you may order online, send email to , fax us at 662-429-1680 or call us at 662-429-5279.

ONLINE ORDER

Please register for web access, and we will get you a username and password set up. Once you have answered the questions on the registration from,please complete account application, upon receipt and verification of this information, your website access will be granted.

MINIMUM ORDER

  • Opening order amount $1,000 in stock
  • Our re-order amount $1,000 in stock
  • All orders to our company should meet our minimum of $1000 per order.
  • Orders submitted below the minimum may be returned to the customer and not processed.

BACK ORDERS

  • Back orders will be carried until all remaining goods are in stock or the in stock amount is greater than $800. Backorders will be shipped at that time unless customer specifically requests to cancel all back orders.
  • Any back order under $500 will not be carried. They will delete upon shipment of the original order
  • All credit card orders will be approved the day the order is placed for $.01 and canceled to verify the credit card. 3 days prior to shipment the card will be charged for the full, amount of the total goods that will be shipped from that order. No back order will be charged until that backorder is shipping.

SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION

  • We ship either common carrier or FedEx depending upon the size and composition of your order.
  • Most of our less than truckload deliveries can be made to a residential property for an additional fee.
  • Free Freight - $3000 in stock products
  • Shipping rates are GTD 12% Freight Cap on orders of $1000 to $2999
  • Shipping rates are subject to change during the year and will be confirmed when your order is placed.
  • Ships from Southaven, MS which is just outside Memphis, TN in 3-4 weeks.
  • Returns: returns are only accepted if there is a defect in the product at which time an RGA must be authorized by customer service and this must include images of the defective product. StyleCraft may choose to replace the item instead of issuing an RGA depending on the situation and or the stock level on the item. This will be up to Stylecraft customer service based on each issue on a case by case situation. If that product is no longer in stock or no longer in line, StyleCraft will find a suitable replacement part or issue a credit to your account for the full value of the product after an RGA is submitted. If the product is destroyed instead of sent back a full or partial credit will be issued depending on the situation.
  • StyleCraft inspects 100% of all products that we ship. If an item is defective due to breaks, scratches, or dents, this would fall under a freight claim situation and either the customer must file this claim with the freight company or StyleCraft will file a claim on the item depending on who paid the freight. If, the customer paid the freight then StyleCraft Customer Service would be happy to assist in this process.
