Please read and save. Dates & Times subject to change.

Hingham Youth Dance / Cheer is a FUN non-competitive sport for Hingham students currently in grades 2 – 8. There are NO tryouts and all girls interested participate fully in both side -line cheers and on field half-time dance routines and stunting. No experience is needed to participate.

Younger girls in grades 2-5 will cheer for the Mites and Peewee (grades 2-5) Hingham Youth Football games.

Older girls in grades 6-8 cheer for Peewees and Midgets (grades 6-8) HYF Football home games with occasional travel games to nearby towns. Although the Fall program is a non-competitive program, we are hoping this year to have the option to participate in Regional cheer competitions. This will ultimately be based on interested girls and total number of registrants at each individual grade level. This has been an interest of girls in the past and we are working to incorporate this into our program. More information will be available after registration and final numbers are in.
