The Performing Arts students are selling ads to help support the financial costs of creating a musical production. This year’s show is Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Jr. The performances will be May 4th, 5th, and two shows on May 6th. We anticipate that all four shows will sell out this year.

We are asking for the Ewing Community to generously help us with supporting our middle school. We appreciate any financial assistance you can provide. The donation/ad space availability is as follows.

The size of the playbill is 8 ½ by 11 inches, which is larger than the standard musical playbill size.

We are hoping you will contribute to this opportunity to support the students of Fisher Middle School as we create another amazing performance.

Any ad sent without these 3 items will be returned.

Please DO NOT have payment sent directly to Fisher Middle School.

Instructions for Play Book Ad

  1. Please make sure all checks are made out to Fisher Middle School. They will be earmarked for our musical. We will also accept cash but only in exact amounts (no change will be provided).
  1. Attach the application with a paper clip…please no staples. Your name should appear on the envelope you are returning with your sales.
  1. Ads should be returned to Mrs. Swain as soon as they’re received.
  1. Deadline for Ads is March 6, 2017. No ads will be honored after this date, as it takes time to prepare a program for the show.
  1. Additional copies of the Ad application forms are available from Mrs. Swain (A-16 or at rehearsals) should you need more.
  1. Most businesses are more likely to purchase ads from an adult, so when possible we suggest that an adult either sell or accompany the student when he/she is selling the ads.
  1. $50 worth of Ads will earn your child a free play T-shirt.
  1. There will be prizes for the top 3 sellers!
