, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of , and being duly qualified to transact business in the State of Maine, as Surety, are holden and stand firmly bound unto the Superintendent of the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection of the State of Maine, under the provisions of the Act under which this bond is given, in the aggregate sum of dollars ($______), to be paid to the said Superintendent as aforesaid, or his successors in office, to which payment well and truly to be made, we hereby jointly and severally bind ourselves, our respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, firmly by these presents.

THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH that, if the said______shall faithfully perform the duties and obligations pertaining to the business of a Payroll Processor pursuant to 10 M.R.S.A., Section 1495et seq. to be conducted in accordance with the tenure of the license of said business issued to the above bounden Principal by the Superintendent of the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection of the State of Maine under the authority of and as provided in Title 10 M.R.S.A., Chapter 222, Payroll Processors, and shall conform and abide by the provisions of this Chapter and to all regulations lawfully made by the Superintendent hereunder and shall pay to the Superintendent any and all monies that may become due or owing to the Superintendentunder and by virtue of the provisions of these laws and regulations, then this obligation shall become void; otherwise it shall be and remain in full force and effect.

The liability of the Surety hereunder shall in no event exceed the penal sum of this bond as stated above, regardless of the number of years the bond shall continue in force.

This bond shall be continuous in nature and remain in force until the Surety is released from liability by the Superintendent of the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection or until cancelled by the Surety. The Surety may be relieved of future liability hereunder by giving 30 days’ written notice via certified mail to the Principal and to the

Superintendent of the Bureau of Consumer Credit Protection of the State of Maine.
