□The backup must state explicitly how the project meets each and every condition for claiming credit as stated in the advertisement. It is critical that the backup use the same words the advertisement used to describe the conditions for claiming credit. If each and every condition for claiming credit is not restated, the project(s) would be considered unacceptable and may be subject to a misrepresentation review. Example of special factors

Special Factor 1. For the Prime Firm, determine how many projects your firm has personally completed in the last seven years which required inspection and evaluation of masonry associated with retaining walls or other structures.

Special Factor 2. For the Prime Firm, determine how many projects your firm personally completed in the last seven years which required development and detailed final design of masonry repair/rehabilitation measures.

Special Factor 3: For your proposed project manager, determine how many agreements involving assignment of a large CI staff (10+) to multiple simultaneous projects in diverse geographic locations the individual directly managed.
