II.Approval of Agenda and Minutes
2.1 Approval of Agenda forApril 9th, 2013

2.2 Approval of Minutes for March 5th, 2013
was approved by general consent.
- Open Forum and Public Announcement (3 minutes limit per announcement).

-International Night Committee
- Auditions will be held Friday (April 12th)
- Still in need for costumes and food
- You can donate to the event and be on the flyer and shirts
-Earth Justice Day – April 17th
-Leadership Class
- Happens right after OBD at 1:30pm
- Get credit and learn about leadership
- ASFC Report (5 minutes)
-API Heritage Month is now happening – tomorrow French Consul General visit – Room 5015 12-1:30pm
-Welcome Booth – still help needed – good way to promote your club and ASFC
-ASFC Elections – happening now – you can run for elected positions like VP or President. Forms are in the ASFC office, for questions please contact any of us
- OBD Report (5 minutes)
-Club day April 24th (cosponsoring Pacific Asian Heritage month so please wear Asian traditional clothes)
-Recommitment forms on the table, please hand them in before Tuesday 11am
-Constitutions: you have 4 weeks to submit one – I will attach it to my next email

Micro Credit Club is going to have an Art Sale event on May 4th and 5th 2013 at Middlefield Campus from 10-6pm.

-Circle K is a non profit organization, will have Spring elections this Quarter for Officers

-Chinese Student Union – Badminton Tournament April 26th 1-4pm in the small Gym.

-Kevin Murphy is your Accountant – his signature needs to be on all forms relating money! Open your account with him and see him for any money questions!

-UN Club Event tomorrow – French Consul general 12-1:30pm Room 5015
-UN Club presentation on NYC trip this quarter, clubs meets at 4pm Wednesday
