OLAT OVERNIGHT LODGING FOUR DAYS MARCHES NIJMEGEN

Taking account of the following the maximum period of stay in the Ganzenheuvel, Smidstraat 31, 6511 WB Nijmegen is from Saturday, July 14th (from 14:00 pm) till Saturday, July 21th, 2018 (no later than 10:00 am).
Also this year, breakfast and dinner are served in:Buurthuis 't Oude Weeshuis, Papengas 8, 6511 WT Nijmegen.Situated approx. 250 metres walking distance from Ganzenheuvel.
We warmly welcome you here in our bar facility with TV between 14:00 to 22:00 pm from Monday till Friday.
Catering will be provided by Catering Hermanussen, about which we received many praise last year about the quality of the meals.
This year we also use an on-going buffet where those who have booked half-board can sit down for dinner between 17:00 to20:00 pm. The Grand Buffet on Friday evening is between 18.30 to20:00pm.
Breakfast is on walking days between 03:00to 08:00amand on other days between 08:00 to10.00 am.
On Friday afternoon and evening a free van is waiting to transport you with your luggage from Ganzenheuvel to parking Oude Stad.
Lodging is in the sports hall, but if you prefer to sleep in the school building, with a maximum of 12 guest per class room, you should tick the appropriate box on your reservation form.
We charge an additional fee for this facility and full=full.
New is that you can rent a bed in the sports hall for an additional fee including bed linen and pillow. This saves you a lot of lugging. However, the service is not available in the school. See attached picture of the beds. You must indicate the rent of a bed at the time of the reservation. In addition, it remains possible, as in previous years, to bring your own airbed / mattress.

RESERVATIONS
For your reservation fill out the attached registration form and send it back. Please fill out a separate form for each of you when booking for two or more. You will receive an OLAT written confirmation of your reservation as soon as the form and the (down) payment is received. You can also send your booking by e-mail to .
PAYMENT
The booking is effectuated once a minimum amount of € 25, - is transferred to the bank account of: Wandelsportvereniging OLAT, Sint-Oedenrode.

The full amount due must be received by OLAT by June 17, 2018. Later payments will be charged €15.- extra per capita.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation before May 1st, 2018 is free of charge. Cancellation from May 1st till June 17, 2018 will be charged with € 10. - and if cancelled after June 17, 2018 with € 50. - administration fee.
No refunds for cancellations after July 8, 2018, nor for nights or meals not taken.
No refunds in case of cancellation or alterations of the Vierdaagse Nijmegen event.
We recommend you to take a travel and cancellation insurance.
Finally, some practical advice:
You will sleep in one of the two sports halls or in one of several classrooms hired by OLAT and these are interconnected.
Take a flashlight. If you do not rent a bed and if you sleep in the school, you should bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, air mattress or mattress (Note: max. 90 cm wide per person).
There is no parking at the Ganzenheuvel. On Monday morning you can unload your luggage, on Monday afternoon this is uncertain. In connection with the Four Day Festivities, the entrance can be closed on Monday afternoon and on Friday for all traffic. On Friday afternoon and evening a free van is waiting to transport you with your luggage to parking Oude Stad.
Paid parking places are within walking distance. For free parking places you will have to search a little further on.

NOTE 1: You are not supposed to come and sleep on Saturday or Sunday if you didn't book it in advance. Violators will be charged the full LO fee plus € 5.00 surcharge per night.

NOTE 3: Take a flashlight with you. The lights will not be switched on until the 30 km group is awaken.
