The Post Canteen Schedule
Monday – Friday open at 4:00 pm
Saturday& Sunday at 11:30 am
VFW and Auxiliary meeting the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm

Canteen notes
Greetings:
I’d like to provide you the status of the canteen for the next several weeks. As you all know, we rely heavily on Brenda to volunteer as a bartender. She will be unavailable for the next three weeks. I request that you members out there who have current TIPS training come out and volunteer to serve as bartenders. For those of you who do not have TIPS training, how about you come out and cook on either Tuesday or Friday to help support the post. We are continuing to sell our overstock of various food and drink items. I invite everybody to come out and take advantage of the specials at the canteen. A MESSAGE FOR ALL AUXILIARY MEMBERS
THE NATIONAL AUXILIARY OF THE VFW PURCHASED THEIR OWN SOFTWARE SYSTEM (MALTA) THAT TOOK EFFECT JULY 1ST OF THIS YEAR. IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE UP AND RUNNING AFTER THE NATIONAL CONVENTION IN JULY. HOWEVER, AS OF TODAY, THERE STILL SEEMS TO BE ISSUES WITH IT. AS A RESULT, THE NEW MEMBERSHIP CARDS FOR OUR ANNUL MEMBERS HAVE YET TO BE ISSUED. THE MEMBERSHIP CARDS YOU CURRENTLY HAVE IN YOUR POSSESION ARE VALID THROUGHT DECEMBER 31ST.
I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE THAT HAS ALREADY PAID THEIR 2018 DUES AND ENCOURAGE ANYONE THAT HAS YET TO PAY THEM, TO PLEASE SEND THEM IN. THEY CAN EITHER BE TURNED IN AT THE POST OR MAILED TO ME.
I AM PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT AT OUR JULY MEETING, WE HAD THE DRAWING FOR THE FREE LIFE MEMBERSHIP.
