Cancellation Policy:No refunds for cancellations.

Spaces:Spaces will hold an 8’ table. Tables are not generally included. Two chairs are provided per space.

Rules:Exhibitors are fully responsible for the care, safety and security of their own works and property. Not Just Stickers assumes no responsibility of liability for damage, loss or theft of works or property. Exhibits must be supervised at all times. The use of aerosols or hazardous chemicals is prohibited. No candle burning. Use of loose glitter or sprinkling glitter or a similar product onor at your display is no longer allowed. Vendors must keep their items within their assigned space. Vendors are required to attend their booths at all times and must be polite and professional to all. Vendors who are also consignors are no longer permitted to work volunteer shifts during the sale – the only shifts they may work are during set-up or the post-sale shift. Vendors are not to leave before end of event.

Publicity:Not Just Stickers provides publicity through the distribution of flyers, mailers and advertising in local publications – in print and online. Our advertising for specific events often includes a list of participating vendors.

General:Restrooms are available at our locations. No refunds or space changes. Spaces are reserved on a first come basis as applications received. We reserve the right to accept or deny applications and to set-up booth assignments in the best manner we see fit. Checks will be returned if vendor not accepted. Products and services represented should be family-friendly – no risqué products/services and no alcohol related products/services. Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax from their sales made during the show. Tables must have a table cover. A cloth tablecloth is preferred, as it provides a much more professional look to your display than a plastic cover.

SCRAPBOOK / STAMPING CONSIGNMENT SALE EVENTS:

Accepted vendors for these events must provide a family-friendly product or service. A limited number of booths are available for these events. First priority is given to scrapbook / stamping vendors, with limited vendors of other companies. Generally, crafters not accepted at this event, but we will consider on a case-by-case basis.

When Applying to Our Events:

Please contact us before sending in your application payment to ensure there are still openings and that it will be a good fit for our event.

VENDOR OPTIONS:

  • Booths (see specific dates for rates).
  • Advertising Flyer – Booth holders will automatically receive a small ad.
  • Family friendly businesses or servicesare able to participate in the Advertising Flyer or Bag Stuffers. This option is $10. We can help create your ad. All graphics need to be in either .jpg or .jpeg format. Deadline is two weeks before each event. Bag stuffers are marketing material we include in customer’s bags (business cards, flyers or coupons, etc.).

VENDOR OPTIONS (cont):

  • Vendor Consignor #1 (for those vendors not able to be at their booths). With this option, we can sell vendor’s items when they are not able to be at their booths. We can set the vendor up in our online system with a consignor number. When you aren’t able to be there, we will sell your items and take 10% of the sale. Then, when you are physically at your booth, you’ll handle your own sales. We do NOT take a percentage of your sales when you are at your booth. This option is ONLY for the new products you signed up for your booth.
  • Vendor Booth ONLY: Those with vendor booths receive a complimentary consignor registration ($10 value) and can consign new/used items (scrapbook/stamping/craft/hobby/sewing/children’s books) in the sale that meet our guidelines.
