I worked as Operation and Maintenance Engineer in different type of AshHandling System (Dense Phase pneumatic conveying and Vacuum conveying system) of coalbased thermal power plants. Knowledge of Operation and Maintenance of Dense phase pneumatic conveying system, Bottom ash handling system, Vacuum fly ash conveying system, Mill Reject System.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
MBPL, with rich experience in execution of projects, has been providing total solution on turnkey basis to various sectors of the industry - Power, Alumina, Steel, Mining, etc. for Coal Handling System, Ash Handling System (including bottom/fly ash handling, high concentration slurry disposal system, lean slurry disposal system, ash water recovery system, etc.)
NATURE OF JOB AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Operation and maintenance of Fly ash handling(Dense phase pneumaticconveying) system.
Operation & Maintenance of ESP.
Operation and maintenance of Bottom ash handling system.
Operation and maintenance of Ash water recovery system.
Operation and maintenance of Silo unloading (Ash conditioners and unloading spout) system.
Close monitoring of Rotary Systems (Vibrations, Temperatures, Abnormal sounds,
Alignment cross checking etc.)
Generate material codes and make purchase request in SAP MM module.
Man power handling and proper utilization.
Maintain log of reported faults and routine preventive maintenance.
Making Standard operating procedures (SOP) of Ash handling system.
Root cause failure analysis of system.
Modifications in the equipments for the improvement of the system.
Preparing Preventive Maintenance schedules, Maintenance checklist, Spare part list etc.
Installation, testing, commissioning and proving the performance guarantee parameters of the entire dense phase pneumatic conveying ash handling system, Bottom ash handling system,
Remain innovative and explore safe and efficient working practices.
Coordinating the different department and working people.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling and monitoring of project as per corporate level.
Involve in preparation of detailed plans with our seniors.
Involve in scheduling and conduct the review meeting with our O & M team.
Involve in highlight the constraints if any found on site and draw the necessary actions to overcome the same.
Involve in close monitoring on critical path and ensure timely mobilization of all the resources required to complete the critical activities on time etc.
