Breast Friends is requesting{DOLLAR AMOUNT}from {COMPANY}for the {SPONSORSHIP LEVEL}for our 15th Anniversary Crystal Gala and Fundraiser. This event will be held at the DoubleTree Lloyd Center on April 11, 2015, and is our largest, most important, fundraiser of the year. Revenues raised will fund approximately 60 percent of our overall annual budget.
This year, we are ramping up the event in honor of this 15-year milestone. Breast Friends’ mission is to ensure that no woman goes through cancer alone. Breast Friends works directly with female cancer patientsthrough their diagnosis, treatment and beyond. Our programs have empowered thousands with emotional support and hope. We have found when medicine isn’t enough; Breast Friends is there to lift that woman up, give her the confidence that she is strong enough to meet the challenges of cancer. We offer one-on-one emotional support by connecting patients with survivors, support groups, free wigs and prosthetics to women in financial need, a Bald is Beautiful program for those who have lost their hair to chemotherapy, giving them a day of pampering and beauty, and workshops that focus on self-esteem and creating their best life after cancer.
We also support their family and friends by offering concrete suggestions to better enable them to support their loved ones. We provide services to women across the United States. In Oregon and Southwest Washington, we served more than 300 new patients in 2013. In 2014, we saw an increase of over 30 percent in new patients served.
Since all of our services are available to patients and their families at no charge or on scholarship, we rely on fundraising efforts. Our annual Gala is a flagship eventdesigned to increase awareness about our servicesand to raise needed funds.
Your sponsorship will not go toward tickets or items of value to healthcare providers. While {COMPANY} will not have any control over the content of the sponsorship,weare offering significant visibility on the Breast Friends website the use of your logo on the event program, materials and our newsletter.
