1.4 SUBMITTALS

A. Submit under provisions of Section 01300.

B. Product Data: Manufacturer's data sheets on each product to be used, including:

1. Preparation instructions and recommendations.

2. Storage and handling requirements and recommendations.

3. Installation requirements.

C. Shop Drawings:

1. Wiring Diagrams: Indicate wiring for each item of equipment and interconnections between items of equipment.

1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE

C. Handling: Protect materials during handling and installation to prevent damage.

A. Ensure that locating templates and other information required for installation of products of this section are furnished to affected trades in time to prevent interruption of construction progress.

1.8 PROJECT CONDITIONS

2.2 WIRED CONNECTION STYLE MULTI-USER AUDIO/VIDEO DOOR ENTRY SYSTEMS

** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** The Multi-Tenant Series 2-Wire Door Entry system is a pure two-wire system with a connection distance of up to 3600 Feet between external and internal units. The 2-Wire system uses the same connection to reach from the bottom to the top of a system, guaranteeing easier installation, and an even higher level of excellence in terms of performance and a considerable reduction in time and effort on the part of the installer.

2.3 IP STYLE MULTI-USER AUDIO/VIDEO DOOR ENTRY SYSTEMS

** NOTE TO SPECIFIER ** The IP Door Entry System system is can answer video entry phone calls from a smartphone/tablet answering from a pc/mac virtual monitor. In the VIP system, all devices are connected to a LAN (specific or shared), from the external unit to the furthest internal unit. In comparison with traditional analogue video entry technology, the network using digital protocol allows easier system configuration without laborious or unusual procedures, even in the case of updates, which become extremely flexible and convenient. Installation, commissioning and reconfiguration can be carried out easily, in complete safety, while the network is enabled.
