MRS. AXELSON’SGUIDELINES!

1. Be in your seat and workingBEFORE the tardy bell rings, and remember,Mrs. Axelson dismisses

you,not the bell.

2. Bring required materials to class each day and take them with you when you leave. Clean up after

yourself, and yes, it's all right to pick up someone else'smess at times and help others clean.

3. Treat each person in the room with dignity and respect. Be kind and helpful.

4. Keep gum out of your mouth; it is bad manners to chew gum during any type ofschool business.

5. Leave all food and drink out of sight.This includes water bottles. Water is considered drink and can

destroy paper like any other liquid.

6. Leave cell phones and other electronic devices out of sight and out ofhearing.

Do not bring sports equipment to class. Do not comb hair or apply make-up, lotion or fragrance

in class. These things may be confiscated by the teacher.

7. You’re expected to perform to the best of your ability on all assignments. No sloppy or half

completed work will be accepted. Only work NEATLY handwritten or printed in dark blue or black

ink will be accepted. Work completed and printed out on a computer is acceptable.

8. Turn in your completed work on time. LATE WORK MAYRECEIVE ½ or NO CREDIT.

9. Think before you act. You are responsible for your actions and your behavior.

Follow ALL procedures and policies as outlined in class and the Millikan Agenda.

10. Leave Egos and Attitudes outside the classroom.Be patient; your turn will come.

Behavior infractions may result in a 15-30 minute detention during nutrition or lunch.
