Club Manager
Job Description:
Serve as the Club Manager of MoonBrookCounty Club. Manage all aspects of the house, administrative activities and the relationships between the club and its Board of Directors, members, guests, clubhouse employees and the community. The Club Manager works with the Head Golf Professional and the Greens Superintendent. Coordinates and administers the clubs policies as defined by the Board of Directors. Develop operating policies & procedures and direct the work associated with the clubhouse operation. Implement and monitor the house, pool, tennis, and administrative budgets. Monitor the quality of Moon Brook Country Club products and services to ensure the maximum member and guest satisfaction. Secure and protect the assets of the Facilities and equipment.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have progressive club and administrative experience at a similar, full-service quality club. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional financial and budgeting acumen, as well as the energy and genuine desire to interact with the membership in a professional and hospitable level. Demonstrated skills in fine dining, private parties, and catering are essential. The candidate must demonstrate a history of strong operational management skills and will have impeccable attention to detail. Knowledge of membership marketing and development is advantageous. He/she will be creative, energetic and a visible manager to the membership and the staff. The club is looking for a “take-charge” person who will have a passion for the service excellence in all areas of the clubhouse operation. The club manager will oversee the restaurant, pool, tennis, Clubhouse maintenance and administrative activities at the club. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team leader who will provide leadership, training and guidance to an established and eager group of employees. He or she must possess the ability to work well with the board and various committees. Integrity and competence are of the utmost importance to this membership, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
A college degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. CMAA membership is ideal
