MEXICAN FIESTA COMES TO ORANGERIE
26 July 2012, Seoul, Korea…Millennium Seoul Hilton is offering premium hampers for sale for the upcoming Chuseok holiday in the Millennium Seoul Hilton Lobby (next to Cilantro) or by telephone order. Gift hampers are on sale from September 3rd through to the 29th.
Chuseok is one of the largest gift-giving holidays in Korea. Choose one of the Hilton’s luxury gift sets and present gifts that your treasured family, colleagues and business associates will really appreciate!
There are a variety of hampers to choose from featuring premium grade Galbi and Wagyu Gift Sets, Yeollow Croaker with Roe Gift Sets, Soy Sauce Marinated Crab Gift Sets and Wine and Champagne Gift Sets. The hampers range in price from KW165,000 to KW1,200,000. Nationwide delivery is available at no extra cost.
Also, the hotel’s buffet restaurant, Orangerie, is having a fiesta celebrating the foods of Mexico during the month of September. Welcoming esteemed Mexican guest chef Montserrat Pineiro, Orangerie’s culinary spread will include authentic Mexican favorites from tamales to tacos, enchiladas and more.
Mexican cuisine is popular for its bold flavors, vibrant colors and variety of native spices and ingredients. While the cuisine has been popularized by morphed hybrids including Tex-Mex and Cal-Mex, Chef Pineiro will introduce authentic Mexican high cuisine to Seoulites.
The Orangerie lunch buffet is priced at KW60,000 for adults and KW36,000 for children aged 12 and under. The dinner buffet is priced at KW65,000 for adults and KW39,000 for children aged twelve and under. Tax and service charge is already included in these prices.

"오렌지농원"이라는뜻의밀레니엄서울힐튼뷔페식당오랑제리(Orangerie)에서는9월 한달간 멕시코인 주방장 “몬세란트 구에레로(女/32)”씨를 초청하여 다양한 멕시코 요리를 맛볼 수 있는 멕시코 음식축제를 선보인다.
멕시코 음식축제에 선보이는 요리에는 <매콤한 또르티아 칩>, <퀘사디아:또르티아에 치즈, 야채, 그릴에 구운 쇠고기가 들어간 요리>, <엔칠라다:옥수수가루로 만든 또르티아에고기등을 넣어 말아 칠리소스와 함께 즐기는 대표적인멕시코요리>, <타말레스: 옥수수반죽안에치즈나고기를넣고옥수수껍질로싸서쪄낸 요리>, <피코 드 갈로:멕시코 스타일의 샐러드>, <아로즈 로요:멕시코 스타일의 빨간색 밥요리>, <새우 타코> 등 좀처럼 맛보기 힘든 20여가지의 다양한 멕시코 요리를 선보일 예정이다.
