MINUTES OF MONITORING COMMITTEE HELD ON 28.01.2013 AT 11:00am

A meeting of monitoring Committee was held on 28.01.2013 AT 11:00am at School campus. Following are the members of VMC:-

The Principal Dr. Hoshiyar Singh welcomed members of monitoring committee on behalf of himself and the Vidyalaya family. The meeting was presided over Lt Col H.K. Dogra HQ 12 Corps Arty Bde, Jodhpur,representative of Chairman VMC K.V. No.1 (Army) Jodhpur.

With due permission of the Chairman, Principal proceeded further and discussed the agenda one by one: -

  1. VISITING OF SITE :

All the members of monitoring committee visited the site first and checked thorough different types of maintenance and repair working which was done by MES Army Jodhpur.

Members of monitoring committee found the following discrepancies :

i)Unused material lying in the different places which is to be thrown out from the campus.

ii)Some of the Windows not shutting properly.

iii)Some of the plaster is pending at different places.

iv)Roof leakage problems in quarter No. C-5.

v)Leakage problem of 2-3 water tapes

vi)Door not properly shutting, some gapes is between door and floors.

vii)Overhead water tanks are open which are to be covered properly.

viii)Slope of the tile not proper in toilets and bathrooms in 2-3 qtrs.

Members of the monitoring committee suggested that a letter to be send to GE (Central) MES Army Jodhpur for removing the above discrepancies immediately.

  1. HANDING OVER/TAKING OVER :

The Vidyalaya already deposited Rs. 30,00,000 + 5,00,000 = 35,00,000/- to GE (Central) MES Army Jodhpur. Handing Over/Taking over formalities will be completed after removing above cited descrepancies.
