The CHS Academic Team is on fire!! They defeated Enterprise Attendance Center 70-55 in Round 1 and Jackson Academy 350-95 in Round 2. They move on to Round 3 on November 16th! Go ARROWS!!

STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENT:

1. If you are participating in Biomed's Research please make sure you come during your assigned time to E214. It is extremely important you come if you received a pink slip. Do not be late!
2. NHS Members: If you missed our last meeting on Oct. 28 please come by and sign the minutes from the meeting in Mrs. Darnell's room W210. Deadline to sign the minutes is Friday Nov. 6
3. We will be giving the ASVAB on November 10th at 9:00 in the library. This is the military entrance exam. If you are interested in taking this test please stop by the counselor's office to sign up! The last day to sign up will be next Wednesday (November 4th).
4. Some Digital Media Technology students have work on display in the 2015 MS Celebrates Architecture Photography Competition at the MS Art Center. Go check it out!
5. Spanish Club and Anchor Club will be collecting canned goods for MS Food Services. Beginning Tuesday, for every 5 cans brought, your name goes in a drawing to win a prize. These prizes include gift cards to Fox's Pizza, James and Leigh, iTunes, When Pigs Fly, Cups Coffee, Brick Street Pops, and MORE! Cans will be collected in the morning before the bell rings and during homeroom.

A representative from the Marines will be here on Monday November 9th at 10:00 in the library. If you are interested in getting more information about the Marines please come sign up in the counselor’s office.
