Goals & Objectives

♪ Work to promote the vision of the pastor and

church

♪ Be leaders of praise and worship

♪ Develop more communication in the

department, therefore, promoting

unity

♪ Recruit and develop new musicians

and choir members

♪ See more growth in the music

department in all aspects, such as the

choir, band, media, etc.

♪ Have an eclectic song service

♪ Get everyone more involved

♪Establish an atmosphere that is

conducive to the move of the Holy

Spirit

♪ Serve as an enhancement to the

worship service

♪ Be an active, participating, and

integral part of the worship service

♪Assist and lead the congregation in

moving towards a new level of praise

and worship

♪ Come expecting God and His

anointing to be present

♪ Be prayed up and waiting to be used

by God
