Anne in Library Life – Kim to check but we have not noticed it appearing. If not Kim to re-send.

Survey – Feedback- Small number of respondents (22) and not conclusive. Still want face-to-face meetings. Technology and Library assistants day favoured. Weekend hui on te reo basics. Asked to put presenters slides etc up on the website. Kim will summarise responses to the listserv, pointing out the events we do already offer.

Amanda commented on our inviting speakers from conference with some possibilities for a hui including archivists, digitisation from Puke Ariki. Email newsletters by Chair popular.

Amanda and Wendy had discussed a different style of hui – Wendy attended one in Christchurch. It was free. Members just registered for what sessions they wanted to attend. Friday and Saturday. Not the same costs and a lot less admin. 2-3 consecutive workshops going at once. Registrations done online. Would still need to organise presenters and venue.

Sally Pewharangi did a session at Rotorua Young people’s conference would be useful – Creating your own PD. Megan Ingle?
