It is the responsibility of the spa business to advise SIAC when it implements new products &/or services that change its approved spa type within the spa membership category. Failure to advise SIAC of significant changes affecting spa type may result in membership being revoked with membership fees being non-refundable. To ensure quality standards are maintained within the SIAC membership, compliance is monitored through periodic, and random checks. Contact head office to report any changes that may affect membership standing.
