DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist WW Support organization with business, communications, and marketing needs, including but not limited to:

- Market analysis

- Analytics and reporting

- Drafting communications

- Customer survey results

- Presentation preparation

- Project participation

- Marketing programs

- Organization of intranet resources

Intern may also provide assistance to other groups, such as Marketing, Sales Support, and Operations. Interns will be put through a McAfee company orientation, and given a full description of the company and its strategy, products, market direction, and customers. Interns will then participate and contribute to the teams to which they report. Interns will work directly and participate with individual contributors as well as up to the support executive team to provide a wide range of exposure, training and practical experience.

Ongoing supervision and regular meetings with an assigned manager/mentor will also be part of this program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Experience with Sharepoint a plus.

• Solid written and verbal communications.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various functions.

• Interest in World Wide Web, internet, and emerging markets.

• Operational experience a plus

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• This is a non-technical position; however, technical familiarity/curiosity would be beneficial.
