Conceptual and AnalyticalSkills:

A key responsibility of JEE technical lead is accurately collating and validating solution design. This requires the ability to analyse, conceptualise and quality assure abstract requirements.Please give an example (in not more than 250 words) of how you have demonstrated your conceptual and analytical skills.

Project Management Skills:

Technical leads must be adept at managing competing and conflicting requirements and providing a structured working environment for the development team – ensuring efficiency and quality are maintained throughout the process. Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

A technical lead will often act as a bridge between business and technical teams, the ability to communicate with both teams is a critical to the successful execution of projects. Leadership Skills:

The technical lead will be required to manage and lead a small in-house development team and to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and that quality of deliverables is maintained at all times.
