Conceptual and AnalyticalSkills:
A key responsibility of JEE technical lead is accurately collating and validating solution design. Technical leads must be adept at managing competing and conflicting requirements and providing a structured working environment for the development team – ensuring efficiency and quality are maintained throughout the process. Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
A technical lead will often act as a bridge between business and technical teams, the ability to communicate with both teams is a critical to the successful execution of projects. The technical lead will be required to manage and lead a small in-house development team and to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and that quality of deliverables is maintained at all times.
