Introduction

This is a template for an extended abstract of NIMSIC-II. All invited speakers and contributing authors are requested to submit an extended abstract by December 15, 2003.An abstract should be prepared as a MS-word file and send to by e-mail. The submitted abstracts will be printed and distributed at the conference site. Subtitles in the abstract are left to autor’s discretion.

Instructions

Each abstract must be written concisely within two pages of A4 size (210mm  297 mm) paper. The top and bottom margins should be 30 mm. Left and right hand margins should be 30 mm. The width of the text area should be 150 mm, and the length must not exceed 237 mm.

The abstracts must include the title, the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), and author(s) e-mail address and text. We kindly request all authors to carefully follow the given instructions in order to ensure high quality and uniformity of the edition.

(i) Title (Times New Roman, font size 16, Bold)

(ii) Author’s names (Times New Roman Regular, font size 12)

(iii) Author’s affiliation, city and country (Times New Roman Italic, font size 12)

(iv) Corresponding author’s e-mail (Times New Roman Italic, font size 10) at the end of the affiliation.

(v) Text (main body) (Times New Roman Regular, font size 11)

(vi) References (Times New Roman Regular, font size 11. Put numbers with square brackets like [1], [2])

Text (main body)

Please use 11 point Times New Roman for the main body and 9 point Times New Roman for captions of figures, tables, and photos.The main text should be fully justified with single spacing or 15 point spacing. References to other papers should be numbered consecutively in the text using square brackets like [1], [2] and should be listed numerically at the end of the paper like samples shown in the bottom of this page.

Submission

Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscript of the extended abstract for NIMSIC-II electrically as a document file of Microsoft Word. Please send the manuscript to by December 15, 2003.
