Grading:

Your project will be graded collaboratively between you and me using the rubric outlined above. Come prepared to our meeting able to answer the following questions:

  1. Make a claim about the grade you feel you deserve based on the criteria set above. Defend that claim with specific evidence that you can point to on your project that proves your claim.
  2. How do you feel about the quality of your project?
  3. Neatness, effort, overall look.
  4. Did the project come out the way you pictured it or wrote about in your proposal? If it did not, then what do you think got in the way?
  5. How does your project show acceptance and respect for diversity?
  1. There will be additional questions asked in addition to the above 3. These will depend on individual projects.

**Partner/Group Projects: You MUST tell meBEFORE the grading session if you want to be graded separately. It is possible for students who worked together to be graded lower or higher than a partner or groupmate depending on an individual's contribution to the project.
