1. Instructor/Trainer Material
a.14A01 Register your study group with National
By registering your study group national, in the past national has given some extra material to handout to all your students. Also you can register this class for RCH’s too. So anyone that is already an FPC or CPP can receive RCH for each class that they attend. Note you will need to have them sign in and for every hour that they attend they can receive one RCH.

If you are giving RCH’s out to students and instructors then you want to have a sign in sheet.

Hopefully these tips will help you. If you remember one thing don’t read from the book people feel they can read on their own. Tell stories people can remember the topic better.
d.14E01 KAC Result
Have everyone take a KAC test from national (cost about $30) at least two to three weeks before they take the exam. By entering their results into this spreadsheet it increase it as if they were graded on 165 questions. What this does is to help you show them where to spend their time studying based on the number of questions they got wrong. Because lets say that they only got 50% for one section and that section only has 12 questions so the best they could increase is 6 questions. But on the other hand let’s say a sections has 54 questions and they scored 70%, by working on this section they could increase about 16 questions.
e.14E02 Test Questions Wrong By Section
After taking all the practice test have them fill in the one that they got wrong on this sheet. This will help you figure out what sections they need to work on in the last couple of weeks.
f.14E03 CPP Exam Breakout
Using both the KAC results and the test questions wrong by section, the CPP exam breakout sheet will show you where they need to redo the back of each section. But first have them read the CPP Outline for the exam section they got wrong. Note the CPP Outlinefollows the exam content outline.
g.14E04 Thank You Letter to Instructors
Don’t forget to send thank you letters to your instructors and the number of RCH’s that they earned for teaching the class.
h.14E05 Trainings and CPP’s
Remember this is our profession so we all need to promote it. This is what I did then I first when into management. I had them agree to me being able to get my staff certified and help them maintain their certification. I also had they agree to being able to create new job titles and move some current staff into them with an increase. We when from 2 job titles to 6 job titles. Note when they had two job titles all staff were in the lowest job title.
i.14E06 Email or Letter to CPP’s that pass exam
It’s always good to send a congratulation out to each of them. I myself have been throwing a party for the last 17 years after the exam and I invite all students even if they did not take the exam or if they failed the exam.
