SECTION “A’’ – HORSES
Commencing at 8:30am sharp.

All horse entries are to be made on the day of the show.
Class entry $2 per class. No refunds given.
Results will be forwarded to RAS for consideration.
Each competitor must complete the appropriate Indemnity and Waiver Form before purchasing tickets, and all riders/handlers/strappers must wear an Indemnity Wristband to be allowed into the competition arena.
Tumut Show Society will not be responsible for any accident caused through or by any exhibitor or competitor. No responsibility will be held by the Society for loss, mis-delivery or damage to any exhibit or livestock of any kind.
Competitors compete at own risk.
All riders must wear protective helmets complying with the current Australian Standards.
There will be no changes to the program on the day. Suggestions made in writing will be considered for next year’s program.
No person, other than competitors, judges or officials are permitted in the ring at any time.
Competitors must choose between Open Hack and Hunter Horse classes. You cannot compete in both.
Horses and ponies can compete in either Childs or Adults classes in a section. You cannot compete in both.
A Novice Horse is a horse or pony that has not won a first place at any Agricultural Show.
All horses and ponies must be registered with relevant Breed or Colour Society and papers to be produced on request. Competitors must be current financial members of the relevant Breed or Colour Society and proof of Membership to be produced on request.
Any horse winning a Champion in Ring 1 or Ring 2 is ineligible to compete in the second round.
Child’s Pony/Galloway/Hack – Hack and Hunter classes are to be ridden by children under 17 years.
Adult’s Pony/Galloway/Hack – Hack and Hunter classes are to be ridden by adults 17 years and over.
All horses may be subject to drug testing conducted by the ASC.
