Embedded based projects

Project / Digital control for display and monitoring the machine shop
The purpose of this device is to minimize the manpower (supervisor) in the machine shop. the device can monitor all the individual workmanship and the number of jobs completed and time taken to complete individual jobs are communicated to the PC
In case of power failure the device can back up the last value and keep the same value when power resumes. This device can helpful to identify total jobs completed and idle time of the individual workman ,etc
Project / Speed limiting device for heavy vehicles
The speed limiting device have developed as per ARAI’s – AIS 018 standard. The device had been designed specially for heavy vehicles & it is designed in such a way that it is made suitable for different models/ manufactures of vehicles to ensure excellent drivability. The device is designed/ built in such a way it can operate excellently under different conditions and tamper proof. The RSL device controls the vehicle & doesn’t allow the vehicle to go at a speed at the set speed 60 KMPH; it controls and maintains the speed at the set speed 60 KMPH. The RSL device has a limping facility that gets activated when there is a failure in the RSL device or when tampered.
Electronics Control Unit (ECU) consist of the following major parts Speed sensing,Microcontroller unit,Calibration port,Motor driving and Motor position control.
Project / Digital control for semi automatic Loom
This device can improve the quality of the cloth and to reduce the manual monitoring of the wept and warp control. in warp process,in case of any damage in any one yarn can be identified and to stop the machine at the beginning stage of wept position.in wept process ,in case of yarn in the spindle is reduced ,it can be automatically stopped and given indication to identify the status of the machine .

Digital controller for Reverbatory furnaces

This project is to control the temperate of the furnace based on Materials to be heated. The user can dynamically preset the temperature range based on the materials used. The speed up of the heating process can be done.
The preset value of temperature range is received via USART communication. Current temperature value from the thermocouple is received via SPI. The Controller periodically updates the status from both user and target
Project /

SpinTraq– RFID based Spindle Tracking System

This project is developed for tracing out the faulty yarn from spinning machine using passive RFID tags which is embedded inside the cops.
The process is to count the number of processed cops based on real time clock (RTC).Monitoring the cops status in online for every 20 ms. It increments the count value if the cops changed and the data’s are updated in Main database (PC). In case of main database failure, the designed built-in hardware has a data base (internal ram in the controller) which is capable of having a backup of data’s up-to 100 cops.

Project /

UPS Monitoring Board for CNC Machines

The function of the UPS monitoring board is to get the inputs from the UPS and store them in the non-volatile memory. The digital inputs are taken through periodic scanning and logged into the memory. The analog inputs that are conditioned by a signal conditioning board are received and logged into the memory along with the time. This information is then sent to the PC on request received from the PC. The PC and monitoring board communicate through RS232. The CPU used is the 8 bit micro controller
Project /

Customized Industrial Energy meter

This project authenticates the consumption of electricity and continuously monitoring to forecast the load statistic in real time.
Apart from normal measurement like Line Voltage, Line Current, the customized features like Scrolling Display, Rising Demand, Maximum Demand Integration, Real Time Clock, Multi-tariff & Seasonal Data, Load Profile, RS232 Port, Pulse Output on Terminal Block.
